  • Checked oil level and found it is about 1 quart low. According to the oil change sticker the engine is 1k miles over due for an oil change. Test PCV system and found the crankcase does go into a vacuum while blocking off the fresh air intake. Brake torque engine and PCV continues to function as designed. Recommend performing an oil flush and oil change service. Performing a fuel injection/ combustion chamber cleaning may also help with oil consumption.
  • Install Performance service kit #6577, run engine at 1500 RPMS for 15 minutes to desludge and internally clean engine.

Checked engine to make sure engine can turn over and not seized (ok). Checked for power and ground at starter (ok). Tapped on starter again and got vehicle to start. Recommend replacing starter assembly
